The textiles tours are fascinating excursions which can be experienced in Vietnam. The textiles tours provide a glimpse into the traditional weaving and decorating practices of the ethnic minorities in the region. We offer spacious en-suite accommodation, together with a large number of facilities for your convenience. Each room includes a seating area (television with large sofas and armchairs), and a communal area (table and chairs). All apartments have free access to Wi-Fi internet. Rooms are cleaned daily.
Every room has a television with basic channels. There is also a telephone for incoming or outgoing calls. The apartments also have a fridge, hair drier, tea making facilities, iron with ironing board, and clothes drier.

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you are warmly welcomed by our local guide and transfer to hotel in Saigon for check-in. Free at leisure for your own activities. Accommodation at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Morning meet our local guide in the lobby of your hotel and drive to My Tho the heart of the Mekong Delta, famous for its coconut production and quiet, peaceful waterways and the most beautiful landscapes, the pristine natural beauty that is Ben Tre Province. Known as “Coconut Island,” many of its people still rely on tradition and centuries-old methods of production. Our program focuses on the Giong Trom and Phong Nam districts, areas untouched by commercial tourism.
We showcase the amazing local people, the villages they call home and the peaceful Rivers they use as a part of their daily lives.
Upon arrival, take a Xe Loi ride through the local village of Huu Dinh to enjoy the green fields and gardens. Continue with a short walk to Huu Phuoc Bridge, where you will start your boat trip through small canals with the beautiful tropical scenery. On board, the boat, enjoy a welcome drink and tropical fruits while cruising.
The cruise will first stop at a Coconut processing family owned business. Here you will learn what Ben Tre is known for and the hundreds of uses of every single coconut. Return to your boat and cruise across the water to a brick-making factory, where the locals still use centuries-old traditional methods to make the bricks by hand. Enjoy a casual cycling trip that will take you to visit a local rice noodle factory which produces Hu Tieu noodles, one of the most popular dishes in the region.
After your visit takes a short walk to one of our friends, Mrs. Huong, who lives with her 3 children and grandson – they live on fishing, shrimp, and fruit orchards. Enjoy fresh fruits and tea and then board a rowing sampan taking you through a lush narrow canal, displaying the tranquil nature of the region.
After our team rows you through the quiet canal, reconnect with your Day Cruiser and enjoy a cruise to a private riverside restaurant. It is time for you to relax and enjoy a 5-course lunch of local specialties. Relax and have a walk around the lush garden setting.
Then continue your cycling trip to My Long to visit Mr. Sau Tuong, a former Vietcong soldier who survived two years fighting the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh. Now he and his wife live on making rice paper which is the most famous specialty of My Long village. Have a chat with him and enjoy the crispy rice paper made by his wife, and see how it is made.
Then visit the nearby house of Mr. Hung, who is a famous sticky rice maker in the village. You can also feed his stock of catfish and walk through his fruit garden.
After the visit, the boat will be waiting for you at the pier nearby to bring you back to Ben Tre city where your car will be ready to take you back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight at hotel in Ho Chi Minh.
After breakfast at hotel, you will explore the city to visit Independence Palace (Reunification Palace), the People’s Committee Hall, Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral inaugurated in 1880 became the spiritual and cultural crucible of the French presence in the Orient as was the Post office designed by Gustav Eiffel and resembling a grand railway station, the War Remnants Museum – the Museum of thematic research, collection , storage, preservation and display of the material, photographs, artifacts on the evidence of the crime and the consequences of the war that the invasion force has caused to Vietnam. Lunch will be at serving at the local restaurant before proceeding to Tan Son Nhat Airport to take a domestic flight Hanoi.

After breakfast at a hotel. We will start the day to visit Women Museum. This museum offers a good view of the lifestyles, culture, and textiles of 54 ethnic minorities living in Vietnam also collection includes more than 25,000 items and documents which illustrate the past and current achievements, contributions, and creativity of Vietnamese women.
Afterward, you will be transferred to Van Phuc silk weaving village, situated on the banks of the Nhue Thi River, 8 km west of Hanoi. The village is well known for its traditional sericulture, silk weaving and silk ware. You can admire beautiful shirts, silk craft, ties, dresses and many other products made of silk. The silk is still being made in the traditional Vietnamese way using century old techniques.
Lunch will be served at local restaurant. Afternoon you will take part in the textile workshop and demonstrations with textile practitioners with a Textile Artist for hands-on natural dyed experiences. Processes from dying, weaving, decorative concepts, silk will examine processing during the workshop. All the material in this class is lead to natural and environment protecting.
Here you have opportunities to see the wide range of natural color dyed on to antique fabrics, how the organic dyed product made from leafs, roots, and barks… and environmentally safe pigments. Experience yourself by hand-on an indigo dyed product.
Dinner will be served at local restaurant. Around 20:00 hrs you will be transferred to Hanoi Railway Station. The overnight train trip to Lao Cai in superior 4-berth compartments sharing with other passengers. The train departs at approximately 21:50 hrs.

Early morning (approximately 06:30 hrs) arrival at Lao Cai, the border town to Yunnan, China. The journey starts with a 38 km drive on winding roads up the mountains to Sapa, located approx. 1,500 m above sea level. On clear days you can see the highest mountain of Vietnam, the Fansipan.
After breakfast local restaurant, before walking up to Ham Rong Mountain. Ham Rong Mountain, which is situated in the center of Sapa town, is a remarkable tourist attraction. Shaped like a dragon’s head in the clouds, Ham Rong Mountain is nearly 2000 meters high with green trees and colorful flowers almost all year around.
Most tourists visiting Sapa do the exciting climb up to the mountain. Recently, this tourist site has been upgraded, in which there will be traditional art performance show for tourists when visiting Ham Rong. The path leading up to Ham Rong Mountain consists of many stone steps and a winding trail higher up will help to see small streams lazily run through bushy foliages. About midway, visitors will find themselves in an orchid -garden with more than 400 species of colorful blooms. Standing on the highest point of Ham Rong Mountain, tourists will have a breathtaking view over the romantic Sapa town.
Lunch will be served at the local restaurant before checking in the hotel. Afternoon you will view most intriguing work & collection of ancient designs of local weaver, enjoy baste fiber (smashing, bleaching…), visit indigo or hemp farms and study batik and trick technique and H’mong and Dzao textiles. In the evening, you are free to enjoy the traditional musical performance of H’mong people by your own. Overnight in Sapa.
Sunrise breakfast, trekking from the hotel through pine forest and mountain valley that surrounded by French architectures to Lao Chai village, home of the Black H’mong people and Ta Van village, home of the Dzay tribe. The customer has the chance to experience and hands on the fabric workshop to learn about traditional weaving, private meeting with textile artist and craftspeople, practice the process from a raw tree of age-old and dyes technique linen texture.
